HDR message for Gilligan's Island only on Fire stick

I just setup my server a few days ago and one of the first shows I added was Gilligan’s Island (GI). I can watch the episodes and special content file on my phone and in browsers, but on my Amazon Fire stick 4K MAX (NOT on a 4K TV) I get the ‘HDR conversion required’ message. The video plays but I get no audio. This is only on the GI episodes. The special content and all other movies on the server play with no issue. It’s baffling. These old shows can’t be HDR. Why wouldn’t the extra content also be HDR?

I have uninstalled & reinstalled the Plex on app the fire stick. Didn’t help.

Any Ideas?
