HDR10+ movies played as simple HDR

Hi, I have a couple of HDR10+ movies I wanted to watch on my Samsung Q80T HDR10+ capable TV.
I THINK it started playing a movie and I was able to see the HDR10+ sign on the tizen menu shortcuts but then, it changed to HDR and I have not been able to get HDR10+ again…

When analyzing my file, with MediaInfo I get:

HDR format: SMPTE ST 2094 App 4, Version 1, HDR10+ Profile B compatible

When inside Plex, I go to the exact same movie and the info I get is:

smpte2084

I am not sure if that’s the issue so I wanted to ask if you guys could know if I did something wrong or what should I do in order to fully take advantage of the HDR10+ feature.
