My Plex Tv app doesn't tell the Tv the content is HDR

I am really new to Plex and I didn’t fully understand every setting. I was watching some videos from a Server. The content was in HDR but my Samsung TV didn’t recognize that as HDR and stayed in SDR. The colors look awful when this happens. Do you have any idea how to fix this??

I ended up getting an Nvidia Shield Pro. Its a bug in the Samsung Plex app and seems like it won’t get fixed.
