I am syncing with my android Samsung S7 and it’s not working. Streaming works 100% fine, but syncing stops after just a few albums. I have tried clearing Cache, uninstalling app (and phone from server) and retrying. The result is always the same. I can sync about 20 albums (one after the other) but eventually it stops syncing and gets stuck on waiting to download. This is the main reason I paid for Plex. Please help me. I have included logs.

I (and many others) have had this issue for a while now. I have been trying to get this to work since the end of April with no luck…

Do you have problems syncing with the S7, or are you using another OS or phone (i see you have listed iphones in your devices). I’m just trying to get my head round how widespread this issue is. thanks in advance for your reply

From what i am aware of, the issue is only effecting the Android devices.
So the devs don’t respond here? I was kinda hoping for a little more support seeing as how much money I gave Plex 
This has been an issue for years, and generally has something to do with SD Cards. However, even that is not a guarantee as it will fail even with internal storage locations on many phones too. I have brought this up many many times, in many different paths, but it has not found resolution yet.
I hope it does. I have a million log files. Well, maybe 20 ha ha, not a million. I thought I was going to find success when I attempted to Sync to the phone via the Web App’s interface but no dice that way as well.
My only success to syncing is individual songs or individual albums. Syncing Playlists and Artists always has the results mentioned.
Same issue. Tried with and without Wi-Fi, internal/external storage but no luck. It was working before the recent Android update though.
