Help 1.4 Maintenance Mode

Hello,
I do not know where to start.
I had recently had to replace a disk and the RAID rebuilt.

After the 1.4 update.
The plex server was not visible through the app.plex.tv URL.
When I click open on the app itself.

I see just this.
<Response code="503" title="Maintenance" status="Plex Media Server is currently running startup maintenance tasks."/>

At first after stopping and starting it multiple times I decided just wait.
After multiple hours I tried rolling back to.
1.32.8.7639

This did not solve the problem.
I reapplied the 1.4.0 package and have waited over night and still NO sign of improvement.

Question 1
How can I confirm that my Plex is actually OKAY and just updating?

Question 2
Is there any way I can check progress at all.

So keep in mind I have not poked under the covers much on my QNAP.
I mostly use the web gui.
I used the putty interface once to clean up a directory that would NOT delete.

So if anyone is going to help please be patient.

Just let it run its updates… the larger your libraries and the weaker your CPU, the longer it’ll take. If you feel it’s truly stuck: don’t start/stop or downgrade/upgrade, but check out the server logs.

Anyone else have an opinion.
It has been a full weekend and it is still not up.

Is there a way I can check the health of the update through putty?
