I am trying to add .mov and .mp4 files to Plex.
I have copied the files to a folder; Clicked Manage Libraries; Added to folder on the Synology Server. Tried this with both Movies and Other Videos categories. It keeps saying the it is empty… So obviously I am missing something.
Please help…
