Not sure if this is a newb issue or something else but, after a few months of working properly, Plex’s DVR gives every recording the same show title.
For example - everything I record now is listed as an episode of Meet the Press. Therefore, new episodes of Sesame Street, Family Feud, (AND Meet the Press) are all show up in the various players (web, iOS, and Apple) as Meet the Press.
When you look up the folder structure, all of the show directories are laid out as Plex suggests. I didn’t have any prior video files, so the file structure is the Plex default.
I’ve deleted and re-installed Plex Server on my Synology NAS (deleting the metadata), as well as moved the video files to a different location on the server. PMS still calls (almost) every show Meet The Press.
Any idea of what the problem might be?
