Server is running Ubuntu 18.04 Intel Xeon E3-1225 8 gb memory
When TV recording completes, the episode recording is listed in TV shows without the episode title being populated. Print screen shows example of title missing. The second print screen shows recording file name as created by Plex server.
Problem initially happened intermittently but now happens with every Plex TV recording. No changes made to Library Agents (although doubt they have any bearing, since once the title is populated manually, information shows.)
Tried researching the problem in the forum, but no success in finding any related post.
Any suggestions on how to solve the issue appreciated.
XMLTV or Plex EPG? Getting the log files with DEBUG turned on right after the recording finishes and hits the library might tell us something…

I just noticed your screenshots are of the Season folder - not a specific episode. This is typical across the whole Plex ecosystem. I have this happening not only in DVR libraries but also other libraries such as TV Shows but everything is displayed correctly on screen anyways.
If you go to your TV Shows library you will probably see the same thing when you bring up the edit dialog on Season folders.
@sixxnet Completed a new recording. Below are print screens from edit episode which are blank after the recording. Also included is the debug server log.
As I think I mentioned previously if I copy the episode title from the file name and paste in the title, then do a refresh, everything seems to display correctly.
