Help creating a new Movie folder

I currently have one movie folder on volume one on my synergy NAS external drive that is just about full of movies. In my second bay I have another hard drive that I want to start using to fill it up with more movies. I created the second Drive burned a few movies to it but they will not show up when I go to open it on the Plex app? Any thoughts on this? frustrating as F&%$

Have you tried selecting the Library Menu from the ellipse (the 3 dots) and tell it to Scan Library Files and see if the items you know are in it show up?
