HELP! Entire server missing!

Hi,

Can anyone help??
I was watching Plex at 11pm last night, went to bed and woke up to “Your Home Screen is empty”
Can anyone help?
I have Plex linked to my QNAP NAS which has not done an update overnight.
Please bear with me as I’m really not a technical person who may not understand everything you ask.
I’ve logged into the NAS and I am getting a message about “DNS server cannot resolve hosts and some applications might not work properly”

Look in the Network & Virtual Switch settings.
Screenshot what you see under “Information”

Notice there is no DNS server ?

Close that popup.
Open the Configure page.

Click the DNS tab (you must be ‘admin’ user)

Set DNS to 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8

Save that

Now confirm the Information tab again

Restart Plex.
