I have problems with the claim my PMS on my Qnap: whatever I tried, I cannot claim it.

You’re using both adapaters on the same LAN. This doesn’t work the best.
Either unplug one or BOND them into an adaptive single adapter.
Also set the DNS manually. You can try 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4, or 1.1.1.1
Hello, I changed the DNS resolver / server IP address in this way, but no succes. I still can’t claim my server… Please help me as I’m trying since a week to solve this issue which I never had before.
From the looks of it, you’ve set the DNS on your Windows machine. That won’t have an effect on the QNAP.
You can usually set a default DNS on you router, that’ll apply to all devices in your network. Alternatively you should be able to set DNS on the QNAP.
