Updating Plex on QNAP TS-453D

I have in the last week had to re-install plex onto my NAS for different reasons. When I have installed it from the QNAP app portal and the server and re-synched all of the libaries etc. I am not able to access the liberies. I am getting the message to re-claim the server.

When I try to claim the server I am getting a message to update the server. My question is which package do I need to use when updating the server manually.

The NAS is running on firmware QTS 5.1.6.2722

thanks that is the one I thought it was. I will try again with this package

I have updated the server thank you.

It now not letting my claim the server against my account.

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

Your log shows:

Failed to connect to plex.tv port 443 after 0 ms: Couldn't connect to server

So you need to verify DNS settings as well as the default gateway on your QNAP
