Help - NAS/Asustor Cannot claim server or obtain server token

NAS Flashstor 6 / ADM 4.2.1.RGE2
I changed my Flashstor 6 NAS on my local network for a new one (had overheating issue). I moved the drives into the new NAS, and installed PlexMediaServer.

However when entering the server I cannot claim my “new” server and I cannot see my “old” server either.

I tried to follow the articles to claim a lost server but I cannot obtain my server token and I cannot access/delete the files since I am not on windows.

I haven’t try to create a new login because I don’t want to loss my plex lifepass.

Please assist.

Ok I managed to make the server appears in the list (progress!) by manually deleting the plex media server folder then performing a new install.

However I am now stuck at:
" This server is unclaimed and not secure

Claiming this server will associate it with your Plex account. This helps your devices find each other and helps keep your media safe."

But clicking claim would not do anything (just a long search)
