Help needed, video is not streaming correctly right after purchasing a lifetime pass

Hi,

This may sound very strange, but my plex, installed on a synology nas, had stopped working correctly right after I purchased lifetime pass, it was working perfectly fine, but now picture looks like this:

I have searched through the forum, but nothing really close to what I am having.

Anyone been with the similar issue?
