Help Needed

Hi there everyone,

First time posting here.

Since the latest server update I can’t connect to my plex server, I have a NAS system, a MyCloud Ex2Ultra, all of a sudden I can’t connect to it through the plex app after running the latest server update.

The NAS shows up in the network within my home and I can access through the network connection or the WD cloud, but nothing through Plex.

I’ve restarted, rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled the app in the NAS and nothing

Anyone able to help?

Have you tried connecting directly to your Plex interface via it’s local IP opposed to plex.tv? It might just be signed out therefore not available on the plex web service.

Tried that. No luck, I’m out of options now
