In Settings > Server > General you can select your update channel (either public/stable or beta).
1.13.0.5003 is a beta release.
You can either change to the beta update channel or manually download from https://www.plex.tv/downloads (thereās also a little public/beta toggle involved).

Iāve been chatting with one of the developers and they found a line in the logs indicating that Avast is blocking the communication between the different Plex components involved in scanning/matching.

No, that didnāt help either.
I figured it out and fixed the problem!!! In my Avast antivirus/firewall, I had Plex listed as a PUBLIC server instead of private. Yes, the fix was that simple. So in case anyone else ever has the same issue with listings not coming in, check that setting in your antivirus/firewall software.
