Ive been trying to log in to my account without success. Ive tried the password rest function but the reset instruction emails never turn up. ive tried it from different PC, Phones with no success on any. no spam filters are blocking and ive even tried the online portal of my email provider in case its a local issue, but still no emails. ??? please help as i dont dare logout of the server as i will never get back in and then my plex pass will be lost.
Several emails were sent to your account in August, which all came back as undeliverable.
Are you sure the email account you were uisng to create the plex.tv account is still operable?
Try to get a password reset email again - once. Wait at least 30 minutes for delivery.
