I do not know how to share server logs as I’m very new to this.
I have a Terramaster NAS and Plex was setup and had been running smoothly for weeks. The next time I tried to open Plex, I’m no longer able to access the server. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the Plex app on the NAS with no luck. I have also logged out and back into the web server with no change. I’ve even tried uninstalling and re-installing the app on my MacBook. I’m not given any way to authorize the NAS server, but it does recognize my MacBook server that I de-authorized when I switched over to the NAS server weeks ago. I have tried reading some posts, but none seem to relate to my issue or the discussion is above my knowledge or expertise. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
