Help! Plex has stopped detecting server on Synology NAS

Hi all,

I’ll just preface this post by saying this ‘used’ to work!

I have a Synology Ds216play on which I have the Plex media server installed. My router is a virgin media 3.0 hub.

For some reason, Plex no longer detects the server on my NAS. After reading numerous posts on this topic I have tried:
/ uninstalling and reinstalling,
/ signing out of my Plex account on Plex.tv, as well as my local server address (192.168.0.1:32400) and re logging in
/ disabling the firewall on my router
/ ensuring port 32400 is forwarded

I am completely out of ideas, any help would be much appreciated.

Edit: I should add I am running the latest version of DSM, 6.2
