Locked out Plex Pass account

I changed my email address and I can no longer login see my servers. The new. email address account does not have my servers or my plex pass account information. Who do i contact for assistance ?

When you say changed email address, do you mean you changed the email on your Plex account, or you changed email providers and got a new Plex account?

If the former, your server should have changed to recognize the new email. If the latter, it’s still signed into your old account so you can’t see it. Check out https://support.plex.tv/articles/?s=locked+out&search=support_articles on how to remove that old info.

I just checked your account and it shows that you just created this account today, so it doesn’t look like you changed the email address. You may have mistakenly created a new Plex account. Can you PM me your old email address?
