My Plex User was Hacked and the Email and user name was changed
I need someone to really concern about this issue, because at this time no one from PLEX really helps
Until this moment I’m thinking customer service is sucks and I been trusting this company for more than 2 years having more than 1 plex pass subscription
This user athostechxxxxxxx@gmail.com is been active for more than 2 years when you guys don’t even charge by PayPal. Unfortunately, I don’t keep the receipt when I pay for this and either the credit card been more than 2 years, so should be another way you guys should know that this user have a Plex Pass subscription.
Like you guys say in this email I have 7 days to revert the email that someone change into my account, so Why did not work?.
When I follow this link https://plex.tv/users/reset_email says Revert email address change

the code is expired, so what going on?
After seeing that this did not work and my privileges aren’t back Im thinking this way
1- My username and password stores on PLEX servers not on my server
2- My username stills the same allows me to login just I changed password
3- My Plex pass privileges aren’t back
4- My servers are behind a good source of security firewall and that firewall did not registered any attack
5- My plex server don have been compromise at all
6- Is PLEX INC or someone from them behind this using this strategy to remove Plex Pass abilities to users to obligate them to purchase the membership again
7- Don’t understand how I kept my same user and the only thing its change was my plex pass subscription
