I created a new account with an updated email that I’ll be using in the future and then started a new server account, all of this was before I was aware of the email change option. When prompted if I would like to purchase plex pass for said account I said yes and it was actually applied to my old account. Did some looking around and found the option to change emails. So I deleted my new account w/out my plex pass and have since been trying to update my email but it will not allow me to do so. Does anyone have an idea when it might become available again or if I could contact plex directly?
