I’ve read the guides but I still don’t get it, I have tried multiple different things but I can’t seem to get it working.
So I setup both different plex servers with a static IP
in the router settings
i went to wan-port forwarding
so for example it looks like this
plex 1 static .1
plex 2 static .2
asus settings
Plex 1 - port range - 32401, local ip 192…1, local port 32400
Ples 2 - port trange - 32402 local ip 192…2. local port 32400
What am I doing wrong here

So this is where I’m getting stuck
If I want to get 1 server working, it’s fine. I run into an issue when trying to get both running
I followed your instructions however it only ends up working on Server 1
I can get 32400 working but I can’t enter that same port for another IP address
So for the local port i can only enter 1
And what’s the reason for picking 50000/50001?
Plus I can’t pick 32400 for both plex servers, in the port fwding settings you cant enter the port range number twice.
This is why I can set it up just fine with 1 server
The Local port for both needs to be 32400, this is not optional. The port range can be almost anything that is not used by another service. but it needs to be different for each server. Generally High port numbers are not in use by anything so he just gave 50000 and 50001 (65535 is the highest number that can be used)
The port you use for the range for that server is the port you use in the “manually specify port” field in remote access settings for that server.

I was just going to post that I finally got it working
And it’s what you said
Weird part is that I had these similar settings before and it stopped working so I thought I did it wrong
So I went ahead and did this all over again and I’m good now
So for my Port range I picked 32401 for server 1 and 32402 for server 2
and in the plex server settings and I had to put 32401 in the manual specific public port
