HELP: Rips in Format ".m2ts" are "UNAVAILABLE"

Dear Plex-Support-Team, dear community,

My Movies are nearly all 95% in the format “.m2ts” (around 8TB of Data).

Sadly Plex does not play them and shows the status “unavailable”.
Wierdly all other media-data is displayed (resolution, duration, bitrate etc.)…

What can I do?
Converting them into mkv is NOT an option.
I certainly do NOT have that time. This would take months over months…

Will I have to refund my purchase?!?

Thanks in advance for advice & help!

Best Regards,

Melvin

PS:
I’m on a Mac.
Movies are on my NAS (Drobo Gen 2) in format .m2ts [nearly 8TB]
Want to Stream on my iDevices (iPad, iPhone etc.)

Follow-Up.
Wierdly, if I remux them with tsmuxer into a new m2ts-file (No Chapters) they seem to load…

I’ll check up on that.

Glad you figured it out. I was going to suggest doing what you did as some programs write funky headers.

I use m2ts for my MVC files and keep others in mp4. But both work just fine in Plex for me.
