Help - I am a plex user and recently upgraded. I have to recreate accounts for my wife etc to access content remotely. However the invitation link is leading to a blank page with just the Plex logo and a white box. What is wrong?
They can login to their account at https://app.plex.tv/desktop/ and accept the invitation, bypassing the e-mail.
OK - They created an account on that page. They still haven’t been able to accept the invitation nor do they have a way that I can see from the desktop product to accept the invitation in the UI so we still aren’t friends and I still can’t give them access.
Your account
Go to Settings → Manage Library Access. You should see the invitation as pending in the Library Requests Sent section (below Friends with Library Access).
Their Account
Login to account at https://app.plex.tv/desktop/.
Notification should be present.
Go to Settings → Manage Library Access.
Invitation visible in Library Invitations Received section.
Click on arrow to accept invitation.

Thanks. We couldn’t find the notification. And it wasn’t showing on the pending site either. There seem to be some hiccups here especially as we moved from Plex Home. We are all set now.
