After a complete Windows reset, I downloaded the latest version for Windows. The app launches, complete with acct info, etc. When I click on “My Media” to start the file loading, a full screen message “Add your media to Plex” and a button for “Download Media Server”. click the button and it starts all over again. This should be pretty basic, and I have been using this system successfully for years, but this time I’m stumped. Any help would be appreciated
Are you working from the same Windows PC that you installed Plex Media Server on?
If so, go to; https://127.0.0.1:32400/web
If not, go to the IP address of the PC where PMS is installed. For example,
https://192.168.1.12:32400/web
