Hi there, need some help
My Plex had been working beautifully for years. I have a Lifetime pass.
All of a sudden, I found out yesterday that my library has disappeared. The files on the Netgear NAS server remains in the same place, and I can access the NAS via Windows explorer.
My account can also see my friend’s remote server and his library.
I have tried to reinstall the Plex Media Server, after uninstalling and deleting via RegEdit the registration keys under Plex, Inc and Plex.tv
Completely frustrated, please help!
