Sudden disappear of my library

Player Version#: 4.29.2
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

Suddeny I lose all of my library in my plex server on Qnap system.
The app is working fine in both the desktop and NAS and web app. My library just disappear and even I can’t add them again. All the orginal file are save and accessible.

Did you uninstall Plex then install a new version

Did you install the new version on top of what was already installed ?
