My Plex media server was once again working perfectly up until a few days ago.
There have been no problems with it since at least November.
I have all my movies/series on my NAS and either access it direct from the AS5304t or on my computer connected to the same internet, through going to the specific IP address, or through the Asustor console and clicking on Plex.
All of a sudden it says I have no library when signed into my account. The first night this happened, I signed out of my account and into the account I had set up for other someone else in my house. This account worked and I was able to access my whole library though the guest account. A day later, I couldn’t access my library through the guest account either.
I seem to have lost all options for my library and can not even attempt to add a library.
My options on the left panel when I am signed into plex are Home, + Your Media, or More>
Regardless of if I select + your media or More >, all i get is a message asking me to Get Plex Media Server.
I have changed literally nothing and this has happened. Everything is showing up to date
I can still access the folders on the NAS that the libraries point to but for some reason the Plex doesn’t even seem to think I have PLEX installed, even though I am on it.
Any help would be appreciated.
