Help... Unable to load content of /volume1/video/

Server Version#: 1.16.5.1552 on Synology
Player Version#: Web Client 3.108.2

Hello,
Some help please.

For 2 days all my movies are “unavailable” un PLEX Client.
However files exist.
And if I want to add folder to my library in Plex, I have the message : “Unable to load content of /volume1/video/…”

I try to change permissions of Plex user… no result.
Uninstall / install Plex server… no result.

What should I do ?
Thanks

There’s an important thread for Synology users.
Maybe it applies here while you wait for the regulars to stop bye.

Thanks for your answer.
I read this article so I try to change the permissions. without success.

Thanks for your help.
Plex worked perfectly for several years with my configuration “video” (I have another folder for VideoStation).
2 days ago, there was a bug during an update of the package.
I do not know which one and since Plex does not work anymore.

Trumpy81 and Nibbles thanks a lot for your answers.
As stated, I had already read and followed the article posted by Nibbles.
I hope my luck will continue and that I will receive help from someone who understood the problem.

Additional precision: if I want to add folder to my library in Plex, I have the message : “Unable to load content of /volume1/…" whatever the selected folder

Q18 on the Synology FAQ’s page solved my problem.
I still have the error message ! :flushed: But Plex still works.
