Need help because the downloads page only has 18 series as the latest.
Current installed version is 1.21.2.3943-a91458577
DS1621+ is a Ryzen V1500B CPU (x64 instruction set).
Theoretically fully compatible but not tested.
No hardware transcoding support for AMD at this time.
Looks like the 64 bit AMD Ryzen CPUs are not supported by the software.Works fine on my personal previous model DS1815+ - with Intel 64bit CPU.
