I have a WD my cloud home and I enabled plex on it. It was all great and setting it up was a breeze until I got to the remote access part and its troubling me.
I’m trying to access it outside of my home network and it’s not letting me it keeps saying about more than one connection but I’m not sure. the NAS is plugged into a switch going from a repeater not sure if this affects it.

Need to setup a static IP and port forwarding rules within your router.

now Im getting an error stating unable to connect securely

it works if I click on go in unsecure only allow once
That is probably a second setting in your router.
Look for settings related to ‘DNS rebinding protection’ and make an exemption for the domain plex.direct.
If you see DNS Server as a setting, set it to Google’s DNS server (8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4)
Afterwards, reboot the router first and then after a few minutes the server as well.

That very liklely means you did not change to a manual portforwarding.
Hi there, can you try disabling the [ ] Enable server support for IPv6 option in Plex Web and then restarting your MCH?
