Help with season view

i have a series library set to only hide seasons for single season shows.
if i set it to hide all seasons then browsing becomes a little tricky when navigating a 13+ season show, swamped with just episodes.
im fussy with my cover art, i like it to match a similar theme, plex and others dont do this very well, and i dont want to do it manually anymore…

so what i really want is to have seasons shown, but cover art for seasons disabled so that each season just shows a copy of the main series cover, the same way plex currently does it if no cover art for seasons are found, no more scrappy graphically mismatched season covers by default.

is there anyway to make this happn?

no; there’s no such option.

Unless you want to add the Main series Cover art to all seasons, so it the same. Graphically tidy with Season number or Year.

yes this is what ive done in some cases, but that involves finding a perfectly matched cover from the tvdb/tmdb/fanart.tv and then linking it to every season individually, would like it to be default

Is there an easier way that I’ve missed?
