Basically, this error keeps occurring and is so annoying.
It is not entirely clear based on your picture, but if a movie is in more than 1 collection, the movie will not be hidden like the rest of the collection.
As an example from my library, I have the movie Jaws in 2 collections, the Jaws collection (as seen in the screenshot below) and an AFI Top 100 movies collection. The other 3 Jaws movies are only in the Jaws collection, so they do not appear in my movie library outside of the Jaws collection. Since Jaws is in 2 collections, it appears in the movie library outside of both collections.
I am pretty sure there is a feature request (that has been the for years) to change this behavior, but there has been no info from Plex about it possibly getting implemented (as is normal).

Is this only happening with that particular collection? And am I correct in the observation that all the movies in that collection are incorrectly showing in the movie library as well as in the collection?
Just for troubleshooting, can you open the edit dialog for one of the movies in the collection, and then click on tags (etiquetas per Google translate, might be incorrect) and scroll down and take a screen shot of the Collections field?
Something else to try as this appears to be only happing on the web app hosted by Plex is to try deleting the cache for just that site, you can also try a private browser to see if the issue persists first.
