Plex Media Server is using 18% to 25% of my cpu after upgrading to Version 1.16.5.1554

When in task manager there is a little drop down on the left of plex media server and it says wlidsvc Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant, if that helps.
I use HW trans coding so Any help is appreciated!
Updated to beta and restarted seems to fix the problem
Back again after running for 24 hours. Looks like it might have something to do with the DVR recordings from the night before.
Noticed a lot more CPU usage since the upgrade - transcoding is slower and now stutters.
I see the same thing. It’s not the DVR causing the CPU to go higher its the trans coder. Also see stutters while video is playing.
My cpu usage is a lot a lot higher over the last couple days
