Today i fix my black-screen problems but since then, i have two new problems.
First problem is super weird to explain, i cant play some of the content i have, is in my library but when i pres “ok” in my remote, i cant access to the movie/serie (i can in the computer player) is like nothing happens, but i can move in the menu and i can play other things. Totally random, if i go out of the tv app and i try again, sometimes works.
The second problem is i dont have interface when i play something. Before, when i pause or move forward i watch the typical menu in the bottom side, but nothing now, and in the moment i finish a movie/serie, if i back to the main menu, the screen is grey and i have to go out to the app.
