Hisense 49' - Plex VIDA - 401 Unauthorized (black screen, white text)

I think it is 3 days back (tv) she worked just fine.
I have multiple users (when i select main acc just black sreeen, others 401 Unauthorized)
I have tryed to factory reset TV log out (delete from server).
Nothing works. When i remove library for clasic user it let’s me in.
Msg - ask someone to add library… When i add black screen 401 Unauthorized white text left top…
On pc no problem - other bravia tv no problem.

I’ve also got this problem and also got a hisense tv.

I get 401 unauthorized, if I allow the IP specifically in plex server settings the tv will instead just sit on a black screen when loading up the app and never goes past that point. As far as logs are concerned it seems to authenticate properly but just doesn’t go anywhere on the tv’s end.

I tried factory resetting the tv, clearing devices etc and nothing has fixed it. Only an issue with this tv, all my other devices will work properly. Was working properly a few days ago…

I have contacted also Hisense support about the problem,
they gave me a link to updated firmware. I was wondered that hisense is gorenje
just make image of date of production and product sn.
And write on mail (tomas.vratny@hisense.com or info@gorenje.cz)
Still downloading fw. Big file

myndzero - helped downgrade plex media server

Just now deinstalled currect server version an installed
PlexMediaServer-1.22.3.4523-d0ce30438-x86
and Problem is solved both tvs working fine.
If you will link to this version just write me back i send the old version.

Hey, yeah if you could send me that version I might try downgrading as well. Is there anything special you have to do so you don’t lose any of your current settings / saved viewing list etc.

not sure why that file has a version higher than any existing release… bit sus, found my own anyway for the version you said earlier. Got a new problem where plex loads on the tv, but the episodes don’t play lol.

hola pablo, esa version es real, yo tengo el mismo problema, pero mi version con la ultima actualizacion es la 1.23.3.4707.

pablo, te hago una consulta, si desinstalo la versiona ctual e instalo una mas antigua, no pierdo los datos del servidor? ya se la carpetas cargadas , las peliculas y sus tapas y sinopsis? todo lo que sea configuracion?
