In my Hisense, my plex is not showing a movie Cover. In all other devices, ist work Perfect so is it a bug ?

I have the same problem, Plex has trouble loading the videos and the posters are not displayed. It’s not a network problem because other devices work without problems.
Mi tv hisense reproducía desde la app de Plex perfectamente cuando entraba en TV en vivo, desde hace unos días, no es posible y me indica que un error de reproducción inesperado me impide hacerlo. Desde el servicio técnico de hisense se han hecho comprobaciones y no parece que exista ningún problema, y me han indicado que contacte con ustedes. Ruego me indiquen como proceder. Muchas gracias.
