My friend tried to send an invite link through email & it said “hmm, an invite error”
Anybody know why that would happen & how to fix it?
Now that you have a plex.tv account, simply send him the email address you used to sign up here.
After he has invited you, you go to app.plex.tv and go to
Settings > Family & Friends > Sharing
There, you can accept the invitation.
Had the same issue multiple times. Then I invited by user name (instead of emial) et voila.
