Hi i have just seen my Users names has chaged in the Home & Library Access site, to the start letters and som number digets after, for what is was before?
And is there a way to change the user names to something more suteable?

Is it not possible to change the Users, Username through the Admin portal somehow?
If these users have their own āfullā plex.tv accounts, only they themselves can change their login name or add something to the āFull Name/nick nameā entry.
Now while I understand why Plex is doing this, the inability for the server admin to add a nickname or some other easily identifiable name for the user to the their server is stupid. I now have groups of users all with made up usernames with no direct correlation to their previous information. How about displaying their email address along with their username. Or allowing the server admin to choose what is displayed on Manage Library Access page (username, email address, nickname) etc.
I would like to upvote this - I currently have 3 users which are all Michaelxxxx which makes it damn near impossible to work out who is who
FYI Releases Ā· WebTools-NG/WebTools-NG Ā· GitHub will let you export a list of usernames and email addresses if you wanted to keep a note sheet somewhere.
