Home Page Resets

I have a new recent problem. Plex is running on a PC on my network located at 12.x.x.50. Multiple computers in the house, including our main media server for the living room, connect directly via IP:PORT: http://12.x.x.50:32400/web/index.html. This has been working for years. Recently however when we log in, trying to click on any link simply resets to the home page.

For example, if I hover over Movies I see the following link:
http://12.x.x.50:32400/web/index.html#!/server/0777705890449e0060ca337ae5e5567c6c981c7e?key=%2Flibrary%2Fsections%2F3&typeKey=%2Flibrary%2Fsections%2F3%2Fall%3Ftype%3D1&limit=&sort=originallyAvailableAt%3Adesc&save=1

Clicking that will cause the page to attempt to bring that up, but immediately it goes back to the home page dashboard.

I have noticed that when this problem is occurring, the server drop down on the top left page of the page will contain duplicate listing for the server. When it does occasionally work correctly, only one copy of the server is displayed.

I’ve read in other posts that linking to app.plex.tv/desktop will correct this, but I don’t want to call out to the net first. I use the direct connection all the time when my provider internet connection is down - as long as we have power, I can still watch any content on my server anywhere in the house.

Any ideas?
