If I delete the “/setup/3792789043664df4644f4d24ad358e54256789” from the link, it takes me to my server. But everytime I refresh plex from any browser on any device it takes me to the setup page. How do I fix this?
Please help. It’s been doing this for two months now.
I’m not 100% sure if I read your question correct.
I assume this is the setup page where you customize the web app – it’s not asking your to setup/configure a new server (which should only happen using a local IP)?
If so… do you have any browser extensions / add-ons that delete the cookies used by the web-app to store your customizations / client preferences?
Thanks for the super fast reply. Surprisingly, when I tried refreshing my page again to get a screenshot of the error to send you the error stopped happening. Magic!
Correction, I noticed that when I’m on my home network, this happens, but when I’m on any other network, this issue does not happen. I’m not sure what to do. Please help! If I refresh my page, it takes me here, and I have to delete everything in the browser link past /desktop/
