Plex Home screen not loading for secondary users

Server Version#: 1.32.0.6918
Player Version#: 4.100.1

I’ve reinstalled Plex Server and now the secondary users have an empty Home screen. It just keeps loading. The Movies and TV Shows section works fine. For my account, everything is fine.

I’ve tried signing out and back in again on web and iOS, restoring defaults, re-install app, etc to no avail.
