Hi having issues signing into HT. every time I try with my user ID or email and what I know to be the correct password I get search terms instead of the media on the left hand menu and when I go to prefs. and try signing in it never does just shows a spinning when with retrieving code shown in the background. Even a manual sign in attempt does not work? Any clues. Thanks.

I believe that Plex Home Theater has been depreciated for a while now, from what I have read Plex Media Player should be a workable substitute - here is more information from a Plex Ninja:
