Our Tidal family account s billed by Tidal and each PlexPass user simpy has their Tidal account linked to their respective PlexPass account.
For each user, the TIDAL selection on the left side is shown and works fine.
However, for artists in the music library, the Tidal content for the respective artist is only displayed in the Tidal family account holder´s Plex account, whether using the Plex web app or on the MAC Plex app.
That is, for artists in our music library, the artist´s Tidal content is displayed along with the regular PlexPass content for only one PlexPass account, the Tidal family account holder, but not for the other PlexPass account, the Tidal family member. The latter account just has the regular PlexPass content displayed.
Unlinked and relinked the affected user´s Tidal account, and restarted the media server, no change.
