As the admin i can see the live tv and DVR and I have checked all my home users and in restrictions, they have allow TV & DVR. but none of my home users can get to it. is there a global setting i am missing somewhere that needs to be turned on.

Just some added info. I have removed my live tv DVR and reinstalled still nothing
removed a member of the family from the group and added them back in still nothing
removed the tv/DVR. rebooted the server. and then reinstalled. still nothing. not really sure what else to check.
I have been struggling with this exact issue for the last few weeks. I thought that the other users in the home might also have to have a Plex Pass but that make no difference.
Please, can anyone out there help us, or point us to somewhere we can help ourselves?
