HomeRun device listed, but can't DVR or see live TV, plus Roku won't play media

Ever since I did the last server update a day ago, my LiveTV/DVR isn’t working. The HomeRun device is still listed, but if I choose any station it times out, and nothing scheduled on the DVR has actually recorded. The guide itself is still listed.

I also noticed that images for Plex items throughout the library are no longer loading–not sure if that’s related or not. I can play media OK, though.

Finally, my Roku channel is not playing at all. It gets to 33% buffering and times out.

If I attempt to Scan my TV Show library, the Plex server shuts down (scanning the other libraries do not do this). Again, I can play something from the library OK (just not from a Roku).

After doing research elsewhere, I was able to revert to an earlier version of the software, and the problems appear to be over.

Since I got zero responses on the forum, despite posting multiple messages over the last week, I’m wondering if there’s a different place to get support.
