The poster has been replaced by the promotional image of this website. This advertisement is the preferred poster for almost all movies.
Your files are in mp4 format? Quite likely these images are within your video files.
Edit your library, go to the “Advanced” tab.
Disable “Prefer local meta tags” in the properties of your library.
Do also disable “Use local assets”.
Then “Refresh Metadata” of the movie.
