How can 2 servers be so different?

Server Version#: 1.14.1.5488

I have 2 servers both running windows server 2016 and both have Plex installed, the reason for this was incase one went down, I would still be able to have a Plex server running. Fail-over if you like.
My problem comes from the TV Shows section on server 2, it doesn’t like to match shows like 24, Joey, Due South. It seems to bulk them all together as a show called ‘Aqua Teen Hunger Force’ Now, I’m sure this is a good show, but it’s not how it should be. Server 1 reads from the same drives and doesn’t have a problem matching correctly, so the naming schema must be fine.

Both servers are running the same version and from what I can see both have the same settings. I’ve added pictures to help explain better. Any help would be great as it’s driving me mad.

Thank you

I see upto 3 “TV Show” levels in some of those paths. That’s not gonna work. I don’t know how your other server picked this up correctly.

Thanks for the reply, I never noticed that. A new set of eyes always helps. I’ll look into that

File naming & organization the “Plex Way” made my Plex experience a lot better.

Even with this it can be an art. Once I got right with N&O the scanners worked better and library scans take no time now.
