how can i create user Who access my plex media server

i am using centos 7 and i install plex media server successfully.and i have one month plex pass but i tried to ask quotation but no body give me answer clearly.

  1. how can i create user who access and watch and download movie
    i am try, how? see attachment plex

  2. add user ok but when i login my plex media server than show

so what is the password when user login. there is no password option in add user

i did not find any answer and forum have no clear discretion. any body answer than i purchases life time plexpass.

if one month plexpass have any restriction so i did not add user

please Help Me

Are you using an email addresses the name for the managed users? That might be the issue, have you tried just creating a name without the @ symbol?

Also, from the support page:

Note: In order to actually use a Managed User, you need to first sign into the Plex app as a regular/full member of the Home. Once you do so, you can then switch to the Managed User in supported apps.

With my managed users, I log in with my plex pass account and then I select from the default account or the managed account. But I’ve always had to log in first.

To be clear, log in as xenialbb first, and you should be able to select the managed or guest after that.

my quotation is how my user use my media server.i am use my media server login my id no problem but when i add a new user than its not working. if i give me my user id my all user than is it good for me any time user delete any things from my server and where is user password option.am i use it commercially?

It doesn’t work that way. Your managed users can’t login individually. The main account “xenialbb” must sign in first.
For instance-
When I go to plex.tv/web
Or
192.168.1.3:32400/web
I am given the option (since my main account aschmidtm is logged in) to select me, or my managed user. My managed user doesn’t have a password, so I just logs in if I click on it. My main account requires a password after clicking on the username.

You MUST log in using xenialbb. There is NO other way.

If you want to share your server with friends and NOT give them your username and password, they must sign up for a free plex account. Then you can send their account an invite.
